Behavioral Consultation 3

Service Description

Prior to scheduling the 3rd week Behavioral Assessment, the Initial Behavioral Consultation & the 2nd week Behavioral Assessment must be completed. If the 3rd Assessment requires more than 1hr, you will have the option to continue or conclude the appointment. If you decide to continue, it is $30 per every additional 30mins and you will receive an invoice at the end of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Per our policy, clients are required to provide a 72hr notice to cancel/reschedule or in order to receive a full refund.
